The close relationship and teamwork between the State and Federal civil service is one factor that has contributed to the development of Sabah and well being of its people, said CM Datuk Musa Aman. He said Sabah would probably not have achieved its level of development today had it not been for the dedication and deeds of the civil service. The CM speech's during the gathering of State and Federal government servants.

"The State government therefore always acknowledges and appreciates the contributions of the State civil servants".

The CM was also pleased to note that the public servants and administrators of the State worked well together which enabled policies and development agenda to be implemented. He said also important for both State and Federal civil servants to constantly coordinate and interact to ensure mainstream development progress smoothly.

"They must work as a team to achieve the same objective and that is to develop the State and improve the lives of people".
