Strong ties between the Federal and State Governments will continue to benefit Sabah and the people in the State.
“The Federal Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Datuk
Seri Najib Tun Razak knows the needs of the people of Sabah,” Chief
Minister Datuk Seri Musa Haji Aman said when handing out contribution to
recipients under the Sejambak Kasih and Sumbangan Bersepadu Ramadhan
programme at the Taman Fajar Mosque yesterday.
Sabah is the second largest State in the country and millions of ringgit
have been allocated by the Federal Government to build infrastructure,
to implement development programmes and also to provide assistance to
the rakyat, said Musa, who is Umno Libaran division chairman and State
Finance Minister.
A better road network has been built in Sandakan for the people to move
around conveniently. Parents will no longer have to send their children
to pursue higher education elsewhere because the Education Hub at Sungai
Batang will house institutes of higher learning.
“These are some of the projects that have been implemented by the
Barisan Nasional Government in Sabah for the benefit of the people of
Sabah,” he said.
Musa called on the people not to believe the baseless allegations made
by irresponsible quarters that the Barisan Nasional (BN) had done
nothing to help the people.
“They are only good at spreading lies and misleading the people,” Musa said.
Also present at the programme were Libaran Member of Parliament cum
Libaran Umno deputy division chairman Datuk Juslie KK Ajirol, Gum Gum
Assemblyman Datuk Zakaria Mohd Edris who is also Libaran Umno vice
chairman, Sabah Wanita Umno chief Datuk Armani Haji Mahiruddin and
community leaders.

ReplyDeletehanya diera pentadbiran Najib, barulah kerajaan persekutuan banyak mengambil berat tentang Sabah.. inilah bukti perlunya hubungan baik antara kerajaan negeri dan persekutuan..
