So, next year Sabah will get RM1.521b from Federal for our State development.
Our CM Datuk Musa Aman said this assistance would be channelled to the State in the form of Federal Reimbursable Grants (RM40.46m). Federal Loans (RM36.18m) and Federal direct grants (RM1.444b)
Federal directs grants are for various programmes and projects namely:
- Rural Water Supply : RM572.77m
- Rural Electricity : RM382.5m
- Roads and Bridges : RM444.35m
- Railway : RM33.5m
- Forestry : RM4.8m
- Fishery : RM1.2m
All allocations would put the government in a much better position to develop the State.
