Due to distance and financial constraints, breast cancer victims from
the rural areas would normally opt for traditional therapies instead of
seeking professional medical treatment. In its effort to lend
assistance to women and breast cancer patients in the rural areas,
Kinabalu Pink Ribbon, a breast cancer support organisation in Sabah,
will hold a fund-raising ‘Pink Charity Night’ for the cause.
